It consists of a large living room with exposed beams and typical bow-window, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, 3 large double bedrooms, 2 windowed bathrooms with tub and shower and 2 balconies. Facing south it offers an enchanting view of the Grivola, Grand Nomenon, Ruitor, Mont Emilius and Becca di Nona.
Perfect for a couple, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The attico has an uncovered parking space.
The apartment is well equipped: fridge with freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV with DVD player, free wi-fi and a safe.
